The staff were very friendly. i got a car permit for parking. This was really helpful. the room was clean and everything was explained clearly.
The shower had black mould on it, it was quite bad. the heating wasn't great and it was a cold night. the tv didn't work. There was no wifi in the room.

The pub staff were pleasant, and the beers were nice.
My room was located near the beer garden, SO it was noisy until late. The heating did not work well, and I felt cold during the night. I also noticed that the TV didn't work properly. I found this disappointing.
